2009 Annual Awards Banquet
was held Friday, September 25th, 7:00 PM at
Leroy Rogers Conference Center, Tifton, GA

This award is presented in memory of our friend and tough competitior, Beverly Odum.
Beverly started this award with her own funds in 2002 and continued each year until 2004
when she lost her battle to cancer.
The award is sponsored by Cheryl Powell, 2002 Recipient, and Judy Perry, 2003 Recipient
in loving memory of our dear friend.
YOUTH SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD
DEANNA HALL
2009 Recipient
This award is presented to a Youth Rider (under age 19)
that displays sportsmanship during this year in
"win" and in "lose" situations.
The winner is presented a new saddle.
This award was created and originally sponsored by
Jim Collins., however due to the rising cost of the award,
a group of the 39 & Over Men
along with T'Shirt sales now sponsor the award.
DON BOWEN SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD

This award is presented in honor of Don Bowen
to any adult that shows true sportsmanship
during the year. Sponsored by the 39 + Ladies,
the recipient can be a rider or non rider.
The "Don Bowen Award" was originally awarded to Mr. Don Bowen in 1999. Winners from 2000 to 2007 (not necessarily in year order are: Derek Robinson, Candi Jones, Vicki Tison, Jim Collins (03),
Steve Davis, Cheryl Powell (05), Kim Mims, Wendell Hall (07) and Marilyn Mims (08). Note - if you know other dates -
